ADHD post-diagnosis initiation and titration
This service supports adults who already have a formal ADHD diagnosis with initiating or titrating (adjusting the dose of) their ADHD treatment plan, under clinical supervision. It is not a diagnostic assessment, and Nelford is not currently offering a new ADHD diagnostic service.

How The Nelford Clinic assesses this
Assessment includes review of your diagnosis and supporting documentation, current symptoms, relevant medical history, and any previous treatment, so your clinician can verify that the service is appropriate for your circumstances before considering initiation or titration.
Who this service may be suitable for
This service may be suitable for adults with an existing ADHD diagnosis whose diagnosis and documentation can be appropriately verified, and where ongoing initiation or titration of treatment is clinically appropriate.
When online treatment may not be appropriate
This service is not suitable if you do not yet have a formal ADHD diagnosis, if your diagnosis or documentation cannot be verified, or if your clinical picture needs in-person or specialist assessment. Not every applicant will be accepted onto this service, and initiation or titration is never guaranteed.
Treatment approach
Where appropriate, your clinician discusses treatment options as part of initiation or titration, in line with standard clinical practice and required monitoring. Remote care does not bypass the clinician's normal legal, professional, identity-verification or monitoring obligations.
Suitability and treatment are always decided by individual clinical assessment. A prescription is never automatic and is not guaranteed.
Safety and follow-up
Regular monitoring and follow-up are arranged throughout treatment, consistent with standard practice for ADHD medication management.
