Who operates this service

This website and the clinical service described on it are operated by Nelford Clinic Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17399876). Registered office: 3 at 1 Lansdowne Terrace, Morris Lane, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 1NX.

Use of this website

This website provides information about The Nelford Clinic's services. You must use it only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.

Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for individual clinical assessment, and nothing on it should be treated as a diagnosis or a promise of treatment.

The clinical service

Nelford's online clinical services are available to patients in England. This is separate from Nelford Clinic Ltd's company registration in England and Wales, described above.

Where you use the clinical service, treatment is provided on the basis of an individual clinical assessment carried out by a UK-registered and regulated clinician. A prescription or treatment decision is never automatic and is never guaranteed - it is only provided where a clinician judges it clinically appropriate for you.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during any assessment. Providing inaccurate information could affect the safety of any clinical decision made about you.

The clinical service is not an emergency or urgent-care service. See Patient safety for what to do if you need urgent help.

Pricing and payment

Relevant costs are disclosed to you before you commit to a paid service. Where a prescription is issued, any related medicine or fulfilment charge is disclosed before you pay. Payment is taken only through approved payment routes.

Medicine fulfilment

Nelford Clinic Ltd coordinates medicine fulfilment. Dispensing is carried out by a registered pharmacy: one of Nelford's pharmacy partners where you choose delivery, or a pharmacy you choose where you receive an electronic prescription.

Cancellations and refunds

If we take payment for a medication order but are unable to fulfil it, we refund the medication and delivery costs and send your prescription electronically so you can arrange fulfilment elsewhere. The consultation or prescription service fee covers the clinical service already provided and is not refunded in that case.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Nelford Clinic Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links

This website links to third-party websites, including regulators and health-information resources, for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we don't control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect any statutory rights you have under consumer protection law, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK you live in.
