This page will set out the terms governing use of the Nelford website and, separately, the terms of any clinical service you use.

This page describes what will be covered; it is not final legal text and must not be relied on. Finalised, legally-reviewed wording will be published here before any real patient data is processed or any binding transaction takes place.

What these terms will cover

The final terms will explain acceptable use of this website, the basis on which any clinical service is provided by Nelford Clinic Ltd, and how disputes are handled.

They will make clear - consistent with every other page on this site - that a prescription or treatment decision is never automatic or guaranteed, and is always subject to individual clinical assessment by a human clinician.

Not yet in force

No binding terms of service are currently in effect, because the clinical service portfolio, pricing and fulfilment arrangements they would govern are not yet finalised.
