The Nelford Clinic is the patient-facing brand of Nelford Clinic Ltd, a private digital healthcare provider for patients in England.
How we approach online care
Nelford exists to make private healthcare genuinely accessible online, without cutting corners on clinical safety. That means every assessment is reviewed individually, by a real person, and treatment is only offered where it’s judged appropriate for you specifically.
Individual clinical review, always
Every assessment is individually reviewed by a pharmacist Independent Prescriber before any prescribing decision is made. Prescribing is never fully automated. Depending on the approved service, consultation channels may include an online questionnaire, secure written messaging, telephone or video.
Transparent about what’s still in progress
As a pre-launch service, some things are genuinely not finished yet: our full clinical service portfolio, final pricing, our pharmacy fulfilment arrangements, and our CQC registration outcome. We’d rather say “not yet confirmed” than overstate where we are.
