Complaints

If something about your experience with Nelford wasn’t right, we want to hear about it. Here’s how to raise a complaint and what happens next.

  1. Tell us what happened

Email contact@nelfordclinic.co.uk or call 020 4569 0644 with a brief description of your concern and how we can contact you. Please don't include detailed health information in an initial email - we'll ask for anything further we need securely.

  2. Acknowledgement

We acknowledge your complaint and let you know who is handling it.

  3. Investigation

Your complaint is reviewed. If we need further clinical information from you, we'll ask for it through a secure route rather than by ordinary email.

  4. Response

We provide a written response or update, explaining our findings and any action taken.

How to complain

Email contact@nelfordclinic.co.uk or call 020 4569 0644 with your concern. Please don’t include detailed health information in your initial message - we’ll ask for anything further we need securely.

If you’re not satisfied with our response

If a complaint about your personal data isn’t resolved directly with us, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent data-protection regulator. If your concern is about the professional conduct of an individual pharmacist, you may raise it with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) - the pharmacy professionals’ regulator. The GPhC is not the normal first-line route for general customer-service complaints; please raise those with us directly first using the details above.
