Every assessment is individually reviewed by a pharmacist Independent Prescriber before any prescribing decision is made. Prescribing is never fully automated. This page is the canonical source for clinician information referenced from every service page.

How to read a clinician’s credentials

Where we publish a clinician’s professional registration (for example, a GPhC number), it is shown factually and can be independently checked with the relevant professional regulator. We only publish credentials we have confirmed - we do not describe anyone as “regulated” in a way that could be mistaken for a claim about Nelford’s own CQC status.
