Help and common questions
Straight answers about how Nelford works, what is still being finalised, and where to go next.
Common questions
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. Every case is individually assessed by a human clinician. Treatment is only offered where it is judged clinically appropriate, and a clinician may decide not to prescribe.
Who reviews my assessment?
A pharmacist independent prescriber reviews every case at launch. No assessment is decided by automation alone.
Can I use my own pharmacy?
Yes. Where a prescription is issued, you may choose your own pharmacy. Nelford itself does not dispense, stock, package or deliver medicines.
Is The Nelford Clinic CQC registered?
A written clarification has been submitted to the CQC and a response is pending. No registration is claimed or implied until the position is confirmed.
What can I expect to pay?
Final pricing has not yet been frozen and is not published on this site. Real figures will be shown only after they are confirmed and approved.
What if I need urgent help?
The Nelford Clinic is not an emergency or urgent-care service. The Patient safety page explains where to seek urgent help.
Caution: This is not an urgent-care route
For urgent or emergency guidance, use the Patient safety page rather than waiting for a reply from Nelford.
