How the timing works

Start online whenever suits you. A UK-registered clinician reviews your consultation the same day during opening hours, and you can follow each step in your secure account.

What does same-day review mean?
A UK-registered clinician reviews your consultation the same day you send it during opening hours, and then sends you your options or the next step.
When are you open?
Nelford is open 7 days a week, 7am to midnight (UK time), with same-day review. You can start your consultation online at any time; consultations sent outside opening hours are reviewed from 7am.
Can I start in the evening or at the weekend?
Yes. Nelford is open 7 days a week until midnight, so you can get care around work and family.
How soon can I have my treatment?
If treatment is approved, you can have your prescription sent by email, or choose delivery. Treatment confirmed before 4pm on a weekday is eligible for next-working-day delivery. Same-day options are available on request.
Is this an emergency service?
No. For a medical emergency call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice that isn't an emergency, contact NHS 111.
