This page describes what will be covered; it is not final legal text and must not be relied on. Finalised, legally-reviewed wording will be published here before any real patient data is processed or any binding transaction takes place.

What this notice will cover

The final privacy notice will explain what information we collect through the public website and the separate, secure patient application, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who it may be shared with (for example, a pharmacy fulfilling a prescription you've chosen).

It will distinguish clearly between ordinary marketing/analytics data collected on this public site and special-category health information collected only inside the secure clinical assessment - these are handled as separate systems with separate safeguards.

What this site does not do yet

This pre-launch site does not collect real patient data. The public site's contact form does not transmit submissions anywhere yet, and there is no live connection from this site to any patient data system.

Final data-controller/processor arrangements, retention periods and your rights under UK data protection law will be confirmed and published here before this site is used by real patients.
